#2 Second Day of Christmas – Scented Bath Salts
Our bodies are naturally packed with salt, as are the waters of the ocean. Salt provides a wide range of benefits, including antibacterial, detoxifying, cleaning, and a plethora of natural therapeutic capabilities. In body scrubs, it exfoliates, moisturises, and purifies the skin. Salt also assists to soothe the body and mind in warm water bath soaks.
Soaking in a bath filled with warm water and salt is one of the most effective ways to unwind after a long day. Salts contain macro and trace minerals that are essential for human health and can be taken into the bloodstream during a warm bath, helping to balance the entire body. Bath salts can be extremely beneficial in our daily routine, whether we’re looking for silkier skin, a better night’s sleep, or a little detoxification. So they are a perfect gift for “Her” or yourself.

#4 Fourth Day of Christmas – Lip Scrub
Lip scrubs are made up of two ingredients: emollients and exfoliants. Lip scrub emollients are typically light, plant-based seed butter or oils, and act as a hydrating base for the exfoliant. Sugar is commonly used as an exfoliating agent in lip scrubs. Sugar is extremely gentle on sensitive skin while still effectively exfoliating flaky cells. The emollient and exfoliant work together to moisturise and smooth your lips.
