I knew everyone is going to have different answers. So, I decided to see what people are doing to keep their bodies <em><span class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">&#8216;Healthy&#8217;<\/span><\/em>. My passion project is<span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-green-cyan-color\"> &#8216;Need For A Healthy Living&#8217;<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last year I conducted a survey related to this project. It has one aim: to educate people about the importance of exercise and a well-balanced diet. <br>A <span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-green-cyan-color\">&#8216;Healthy way of Living&#8217;<\/span> has both short and long-term health benefits. Ex: dieting can help you reduce your weight\/ stay fit for the short term but eating healthy food can keep you fit lifelong.<br>My topic is about making people aware of the necessity of eating a well-balanced diet and exercising regularly to maintain your heart, lungs, and muscles in fantastic health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>While doing this survey I realised that most people are aware of the benefits of a healthy lifestyle, still, they struggle with health issues. Nearly half of those who responded to my survey had at least one family member who is diagnosed with a health issue, like hypertension, diabetes or obesity. After that, they began to try more healthy eating and exercising.
