September 2008,
Here is where my story starts…
September 2014
I moved from Delhi to Hyderabad. A new city, a new school, and a completely unfamiliar environment. Starting over wasn’t easy, but it taught me how to adapt, grow, and find comfort in change.

The Athlete in Me
Throughout middle school, sports were a pretty big part of my life. I did skating and karate, and over the years I won 4 gold, 2 silver and 4 bronze medals. I made it to the district level in skating and competed in SFA Karate Kumite.
At the same time, I was always pretty curious about science too. In 6th grade, I participated in a science fair with a few classmates and ended up winning 3rd place. I guess I was always doing a little bit of everything. 😭
Sports taught me a lot about discipline, competition, and learning to keep going even when things didn’t go my way. But in 10th grade, an injury meant I had to step away from karate.
I’ve wanted to get back into it ever since. I’m still figuring out my way back to skating, karate, boxing, or just being active again.
I don’t think that part of me is gone. I think I’m just finding my way back to it.
April 2024
After spending nearly ten years in the same school, I stepped out of my comfort zone. I left behind familiar classrooms, lifelong friends, and routines to pursue one dream; to become a doctor. It was one of the first major decisions my parents made, that shaped who I was becoming.

December 2024
Life had become predictable. I wanted to create something beyond academics; something that would make a difference.
That’s when the idea of Youthika Connect was born.
What started as a simple thought soon became a mission: to bring companionship, dignity, and joy to senior citizens through meaningful student-led initiatives.
January 2025
By the end of the month, a small team of 10–12 passionate students had come together. We divided responsibilities, built our first departments, and I took on the role of Founder. It wasn’t just the beginning of an organisation; it was the beginning of my journey as a leader.
Learning to slow down
The last couple of years have probably been some of the most hectic, stressful, and draining years of my life. Between NEET, academics, everything happening around me, and just trying to keep up with life, I went through two surgeries, countless difficult days, and a lot of emotional, mental, and physical exhaustion.
Somewhere in the middle of all of that, I realised just how much stress can actually take out of you.
I was so worried about my marks, NEET, and everything that was happening around me that I didn’t realise how much I was letting it consume me. If there is one thing I could tell the version of me from two years ago, it would probably be to take things a little less seriously.
Not because the things I was stressed about didn’t matter. They did. But learning how to deal with stress instead of letting it take over your entire life is something I wish I’d understood earlier.
I’m still learning it, honestly. But I think that was one of the biggest things those years taught me.

August 2026
Today, Youthika Connect is powered by a team of 38 incredible members, and I’m one step closer to my dream of becoming a doctor.
I’m still writing, still chasing big dreams, and still figuring life out one chapter at a time. White Rainbow has become my little corner of the internet; a place where my poems, photographs, thoughts, and milestones all come together to tell my story.
Looking back, it’s strange how every chapter connects. The little girl who loved science fairs, the athlete who hated sitting still, the teenager who built an NGO from a simple idea, and the student chasing medicine; they’re all still me.
If there’s one thing this journey has taught me, it’s that growth is rarely linear, but it’s always worth it.
And I think the best parts of my story are still waiting to be written.
