Hi, I’m Palak Gaurav, a girl who’s trying to leave the world a little kinder than before.
In the last two years, I’ve been building a community of individuals who are on the same frequency as I and view the world a little differently. I didn’t start Yotuhika Connect because I wanted to build an organisation; it wasn’t out of pity for senior citizens either.
I started this community because I noticed what’s wrong with our generation: the way we lack empathy, proper communication skills, and the way we lack the ability to connect with the generation that built and shaped the world we live in today. Youthika Connect is my way of rebuilding those bridges and connecting generations.
Through this journey, I’ve realised that leadership is less about talking or being authoritative; it’s about showing up, stepping back and listening to your team.
When I’m not in my President’s hat, I’m preparing for medical school, writing poetry, painting, or chasing the beauty of nature when the noise gets too messy inside. One day I dream of working at the intersection of medicine, public health, technology and human connection.
